[FUNDING NEWS] Philippines-Based Niv Della Secures $2 Million in Funding

A $2 million fundraising round has been closed by Niv Della Beauty Innovations, the Filipino skincare and cosmetics firm behind the direct-to-consumer brands Colourette and Fresh Formula.

Foxmont Capital Partners, an existing investor, participated in the round, which was led by Singapore-based DSG Consumer Partners.

The money will be utilised to bring on important personnel in order to advance Niv Della’s strategic plans. In addition, there will be a greater focus on product development and the introduction of new campaigns, such as partnerships, beauty pageants, and social media campaigns.

Niv Della, a makeup brand founded in 2015 by Nina Dizon-Cabrera, a former entrepreneur who is now a content creator, offers cosmetics that are appropriate for the hot and muggy weather, complexion tones, and lifestyle of the Filipino people. Its many marketing strategies and shade options demonstrate its dedication to inclusivity.

The firm has partnered with 7-Eleven to produce a product line that is available in 80 physical locations of top department stores around the nation.

“Colourette and Fresh Formula celebrate the modern Filipino with each brand’s unique DNA,” said newly appointed COO Stephanie Tanjuatco. The company grew rapidly by recognising untapped needs in the Philippine market, and I definitely believe the company can achieve exponential growth; this fundraise will help us achieve it by amplifying our voice to reach more consumers,” added Tanjuatco, who joined the company at the end of 2023.

The world’s e-commerce market is expanding at the quickest rate in the Philippines. The youthful and tech-savvy demographic in the beauty and cosmetics sector presents a huge opportunity for local beauty brands like Colourette to grow their market share and achieve new heights.
