HRTech SaaS Startup, Zimyo has promoted its VP of Finance Naresh Gupta as a co-founder and Chief Finance Officer (CFO). Additionally, it has appointed Mayank Singh as Chief Business Officer (CBO), and Vinay Kumar as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to strengthen its leadership team as part of its broader strategy to accelerate global expansion.

Naresh Gupta, promoted to the position of co-founder and CFO, has contributed to Zimyo’s operation and financial direction, especially in fundraising. And with a focus on increasing revenues from operations, improving operational efficiency, and driving resizable/rapid scale, he will also become the head of Customer Success and Finance.
Vinay Kumar has been an essential cog at Zimyo, and his administration was rewarded with a chief technology officer position. In this role, he will bring newer AI features to further complement and augment Zimyo’s product portfolio.
Mayank Singh has specifically been instrumental in managing the business and revenues for Zimyo since it ventured into the international front with business development and was recently upgraded to Chief Business Officer. He will be responsible for the market development of Zimyo in the international markets.
