Endowus, a digital wealth advisory platform based in Singapore, has teamed up with Twilio, a customer engagement platform from the US, to improve security and build trust with users.
The two companies said they plan to explore more ways to boost security on the platform. One of these is Twilio Verify Push, a tool that sends a push notification to a user’s phone or tablet, allowing them to confirm their identity with just a tap.
Through its partnership with Twilio, Endowus is focused on improving security while still offering a great user experience, making it easy and safe for people to manage their financial future and investments.

Endowus offers high-quality financial products and advice at lower costs. With over 250,000 users in Singapore and Hong Kong, it’s important for the platform to have strong protections to keep sensitive data safe.
These protections are especially needed as fraud cases continue to rise in Singapore. Endowus uses Twilio Verify Fraud Guard, which can spot patterns of fraudulent SMS messages and block or flag them before they reach clients. For example, it tracks how often one-time passcodes (OTPs) are verified to spot any suspicious activity.
