Malaysia-based Versa Secures $6.79Million in Series A Round Funding

Versa, a wealth management platform in Malaysia, has finished its Series A funding round, led by AHAM Asset Management Berhad (AHAM Capital).

Other investors include Tengku Fahad Mua’adzam Shah, a Princeton University alumnus, and Versa’s CEO, Teoh Wei-Xiang. The new funds will be used to attract more users and help grow the company’s products over the next five years.

With around 300,000 registered users, Versa has helped Malaysians save over MYR 500 million ($113 million) in 2024, with 90% of users being under 40.
