Enstack, a Philippines-based no-code eCommerce platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), has partnered with Dyna.AI, a Singapore-based AI solutions provider, to offer localized AI solutions across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Enstack shared that Southeast Asia’s digital economy is growing rapidly, with AI-driven personalization expected to boost online sales by 25% by 2030, according to Kearney projections. This presents a massive opportunity for businesses to leverage AI for growth, and the partnership aims to capitalize on this potential.
Enstack, which previously collaborated with Canva on design solutions, is now enhancing its support with this new AI-powered initiative.
The first phase of Enstack’s partnership with Dyna.AI will focus on creating AI-powered solutions to enhance key business processes for Enstack’s growing network of merchants.
These solutions will include:
- Smart Onboarding: Automating and simplifying the onboarding process for new merchants.
- Intelligent Ops: Helping merchants optimize operations with AI-driven recommendations, inventory management, and smarter customer interactions.
- SkyAI: An AI agent offering 24/7 support for platform merchants.
The partnership between Enstack and Dyna.AI aims to help millions of businesses unlock their economic potential by providing access to technology solutions that are typically only available to larger companies.
By focusing on local AI solutions, the collaboration will give entrepreneurs the tools they need to grow faster and more efficiently in a competitive market.
In addition to enhancing businesses with AI tools, the partnership will bring AI-powered automation to Enstack’s operations, improving efficiency and scalability.
“Dyna.AI’s expertise in AI and their understanding of the Philippine and Southeast Asian markets make them a key partner,” said Macy Castillo, Founder & CEO of Enstack.
“We’re excited about the impact this partnership will have on our merchants by providing them with localized AI solutions that simplify their operations and open up new growth opportunities,” said Macy Castillo, Founder & CEO of Enstack.
“This partnership is a big step forward in our mission to empower businesses across the region,” she added.
The partnership with Dyna.AI will build on Enstack’s legacy by adding conversational AI solutions to improve business efficiency and growth for companies of all sizes.
“We’re thrilled to support Enstack as it drives AI-powered transformation for SMEs across Southeast Asia,” said Cynthia Siantar, General Manager at Dyna.AI. “By combining Dyna.AI’s advanced AI capabilities with Enstack’s strong presence in the SME sector, we’re unlocking new opportunities for localized innovation that will shape the future of digital commerce in the region.”
