Hub71 Attracts 26 AI Startups to Boost Abu Dhabi’s Tech Ecosystem

Hub71, a tech hub in Abu Dhabi, has partnered with Google to launch the Google for Startups Accelerator. This program is designed to support AI startups in the Hub71+ AI community and boost innovation in key industries across Abu Dhabi.

Twenty-six startups from Hub71 have been chosen to join the first group in a special three-month program. As part of this, they’ll access Google’s global network of mentors, engineers, and product experts and free credits to use Google Cloud services.

The top-performing startups can receive up to $300,000 in support—the highest level offered in this program worldwide. They may also get Google Cloud credits to help strengthen their tech abilities.

Doron Avni, Vice President of Government and Emerging Markets Policy at Google, said: “Our partnership with Hub71 aims to provide these startups with the resources to move faster and more impactful. Through this program, we provide startups within the Hub71 community access to global expertise and infrastructure, developing artificial intelligence solutions that contribute to making a difference at the regional and international levels.”

The program will offer guidance and technical support and give early-stage startup founders helpful business tools and step-by-step guides on how to grow their companies.

It will also connect them with Google’s investment partners and the larger Alphabet network, creating more chances to get funding and expand their business.

The Google Startup Accelerator Program was launched due to an agreement made in late 2024 to bring this program to startups in Abu Dhabi.

This launch shows Hub71 and Google’s shared goal to improve access to advanced digital tools, attract top talent, and boost global teamwork in artificial intelligence.
