Napptix Buys Yazle’s Business in Middle East and North Africa

Napptix, a gaming ad tech company based in Dubai, has announced that it is buying the Middle East and North Africa business of Yazle Marketing Management.

The deal includes Yazle’s operations in the Gulf and North Africa, along with its customers and local team in those regions.

Yazle MENA’s business will now become part of Napptix’s Gaming 360° platform. This move is meant to boost ad solutions for the gaming industry in the Middle East and North Africa.

The deal does not include Yazle’s operations in Asia Pacific, Europe, or the Americas. Those parts of the business will continue as they are under their current owners.

Jamie Atherton will be in charge of the Middle East and North Africa as Yazle’s General Manager for the region.

Meanwhile, Yazle Global will focus on growing its business and developing products in other parts of the world.

The two companies say this acquisition is happening because digital games are becoming very important for advertising.

People interact a lot with ads while playing games, especially on their mobile phones, making gaming a great place for advertisers.
