PharmEasy Founders Launch New Interior Design Startup, All Home

Three of PharmEasy’s founders — Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia — have started a new business called All Home, which focuses on architecture and interior design.

All Home wants to partner with interior design brands by investing in them and helping with things like technology, online manufacturing and distribution, and market insights.

Out of the three founders, Dharmil Sheth will look after the day-to-day running of the business, Dhaval Shah will take care of branding, finances, legal work, rules and regulations, and hiring, while Hardik Dedhia will be in charge of technology and digital systems.

Sheth, Shah, and Dedhia stepped away from their daily roles at PharmEasy in January. The company said they would still be involved as board members or observers, but they would no longer manage day-to-day operations.

Their new Mumbai-based company, All Home, has already received funding from Bessemer Venture Partners. According to co-founder Dharmil Sheth, the company is now valued at over $120 million, although the exact amount of funding wasn’t shared.

The funding round also included investments from well-known angel investors like Siddharth Shah (from PharmEasy), Niket Shah and Shalibhadra Shah (from Motilal Oswal), Kabir Narang (from B Capital), and Ankur Gulati (from Warburg Pincus).

So far, All Home has teamed up with three interior design brands — Colour Coats, House of W, and Fiamarc, according to Dhaval Shah. He also said the company plans to partner with three more brands in the next few weeks.

He noted that India’s $60-billion interior and home improvement sector is largely unorganised and lacks strong, well-known brands in categories like sanitaryware, furniture, kitchens and wardrobes, furnishings, lighting, and home hardware.

“Consumers are increasingly willing to invest in their living and working spaces, yet often lack access to the appropriate channels and products. Our platform aims to address this gap,” Shah said.

Bessemer Venture Partners’ partner Anant Vidur Puri said, “The home infrastructure and interior design sector in India is at a pivotal inflection point, driven by rising aspirations and disposable incomes across the country. Despite its size, the market remains highly fragmented and underserved, with consumers and designers facing persistent challenges around quality, transparency, and efficiency.”
