Vendict Raises $10M Series A to Modernize Enterprise GRC with AI

Vendict, an AI-native platform in the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by new investors Moneta VC and JAL Ventures.

Existing investors NFX, Cardumen Capital, Disruptive AI, and Cyber Club London also participated. With this round, Vendict’s total funding has reached $20 million.

Managing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is still a slow and paperwork-heavy task for many companies. A lot of them still do it manually—going through rules, matching them to internal controls, and handling documents during audits.

The GRC software market is expected to grow quickly from 2025 to 2029, as more companies start using AI to help them stay compliant more easily and efficiently.

“Compliance teams shouldn’t be focused on copy-pasting data between spreadsheets,” said Udi Cohen, Co-founder and CEO. “They should be shaping strategy, addressing risks, and building trust. That’s what Vendict supports. We’ve built our platform on language models, knowledge graphs, and continuous feedback loops so that it doesn’t just generate responses but also understands context, explains its logic, and produces outputs executives can rely on.”

Vendict is creating a platform that gives GRC professionals AI-powered tools to cut down on manual tasks, boost efficiency, ensure clear tracking, and avoid inaccurate or misleading AI results.

Unlike tools that need a lot of manual setup or have rigid configurations, Vendict is built to adapt to each organization’s unique needs. This flexibility helps teams shift from slow, reactive processes to more dynamic and responsive workflows.

Founded in 2021 by Elad Cohen and Michael Keslassy (now the CTO), Vendict already works with over 100 customers—many of whom have switched from outdated or manual systems to Vendict’s modern platform.
