Blitz Electric Mobility (Blitz), an Indonesia-based company that provides EV-powered logistics solutions, has raised a Pre-Series A funding round led by Malaysia’s Vynn Capital.
Blitz said in a statement on Monday that this investment marks Vynn Capital’s ongoing commitment through its mobility and supply chain fund, with participation from existing Blitz investor Iterative Capital.
The funding round also brought in new investors, including Balaji Srinivasan (former Andreessen Horowitz partner), Rajesh Venkatesh (ex-PayPal executive), and Vinner Ventures.
They join Blitz’s existing impact-focused investors like ADB Ventures, FiveFortyAlpha, BonBillo Fund, and Peak XV.
Blitz plans to use the new funds to expand faster across Indonesia while focusing on efficiency, quality clients, and scalable operations. The company wants to strengthen its unit economics and build long-term value.
With this strategy, Blitz is aiming for profitability while continuing to create impact at scale. Its goal is to expand to 30 cities and become Indonesia’s largest EV logistics provider.
“The initial growth phase is behind us. Now, our focus is disciplined scaling,
“That means maximizing what works and discontinuing what doesn’t,” said Saivya Chauhan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blitz.
William So, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Blitz, added this funding reflects confidence in their proven model and positions them to secure capital aligned with our long-term objectives.
Blitz’s asset-light, tech-first approach places it at the forefront of sustainable logistics in Indonesia’s last-mile delivery market, said the statement.
Blitz says it is solving three big problems: the need for instant delivery, the difficulty of scaling in-house logistics, and the push for clean, electric infrastructure.
The company helps businesses offer scalable, same-day, and instant deliveries without having to own or manage their own delivery fleets.
Blitz works with thousands of gig couriers and provides custom B2B logistics services, such as:
1- to 12-hour instant and same-day deliveries
White-label logistics services (where deliveries carry the client’s brand)
End-to-end delivery management under the client’s name
Its business model focuses on sustainable profits, long-term client relationships, and EV financing support for gig workers.
In 2024, Blitz tripled its revenue while reducing costs by over 70%, leading to much better profitability and stronger financial discipline.
“Blitz is solving a fundamental challenge for businesses in Southeast Asia: how to scale logistics rapidly without the overhead of owning infrastructure,” said Victor Chua, Vynn
Capital’s Founding and Managing Partner.
“Their model empowers brands to meet growing delivery expectations with speed, reliability, and sustainability,
“As we double down on our mobility and supply chain thesis, Blitz stands out as a commercially disciplined operator ready to reshape how businesses move goods across the region,” he added.
According to the statement, courier, express, and parcel market size in Indonesia is estimated to be valued at 7.86 billion in 2025, with a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.24 percent.
By the end of the decade, Indonesia’s market is expected to reach $11.15 billion, boosted by the rise of SMEs and the fast growth of e-commerce.
So far, Blitz has completed over 14 million deliveries, deployed 1,000+ EV bikes, and covered 220 million electric kilometers.
The company has also partnered with Grab, integrating its EV fleet into Grab’s platform to support greener last-mile deliveries.
In addition, Blitz was selected for NVIDIA’s Inception program, giving it access to advanced AI tools for route planning, driver performance tracking, and service-level forecasting.
