
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) has partnered with Scicom (MSC) Berhad, a BPO and digital solutions company, to enhance customer experience. The collaboration will focus on using AI-driven innovation and improving operational efficiency.
The duo said in a statement on Tuesday that the collaboration reflects TM’s commitment to delivering world-class customer engagement and taking its service standards to the next level.
The collaboration combines operational expertise with advanced AI solutions such as conversational bots, predictive analytics, sentiment analysis, and intelligent routing.
These tools will help deliver faster responses, improve issue resolution, and create smooth, consistent experiences across all channels—voice, chat, email, and social media.
