WeHouse Raises INR 25 Cr in Series A Funding Led by Anthill Ventures

WeHouse, a prop-tech startup previously known as Hocomoco, has raised INR 25 crore in its Series A round. The funding, a mix of debt and equity, came from Anthill Ventures.

The funding round also included well-known investors such as Pinnupreddy Jaya Aditya Reddy, film producer Suresh Babu Daggubati, Mohnish Yerra from Leaders for India (LIO), and Gaurav Marya from Franchise India Holdings.

WeHouse will use the new funds to expand its business, upgrade its technology, and enter new markets. This month, it plans to launch services in Coimbatore and Ahmedabad, adding to the four cities where it is already active.

“India’s home construction market continues to be plagued by fragmentation, opaque pricing, and delays,” said Sripad Nandiraj, founder and CEO of WeHouse. “Our vision is to rebuild the customer experience through transparency, milestone-linked execution, and real-time visibility. This investment allows us to deepen our technology, strengthen quality systems, and enter new markets—helping more families build their homes with confidence.”

“As we enter new cities, these improvements will ensure a reliable and consistent delivery experience for homeowners,” said Rohan Vinayak Reddy, COO.

WeHouse, based in Hyderabad, was founded in 2017 by Sripad Nandiraj and Rohan Vinayak Reddy.

It is a prop-tech startup that uses technology to make home construction and renovation easier. The platform brings together architects, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and workers in one place.

WeHouse offers end-to-end services, from approvals and design to project execution and interiors. It also provides a tech-based monitoring system that gives clients real-time updates on their projects.

WeHouse is currently operating in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Vijayawada. It has managed over 400 projects so far, completed 250 of them, and has orders worth INR 150 crore in progress.

The company makes money by charging customers per square foot (rates vary by city), selling materials to contractors, and providing interior design services when requested.
