Ekkaa Electronics Raises INR 108 Crore in Series A Funding

Ekkaa Electronics, a startup that designs and manufactures electronic systems, has raised INR 108 crore in a Series A funding round from multiple investors.

The investors include Mukul Mahavir Aggarwal, the Varun Daga Family, MAIQ Growth Scheme, Caprize Aurix, and other family offices.

The company plans to use the new funds to improve its supply chain, increase production to meet growing demand, boost research and development, and invest in new technologies.

Ekkaa Managing Director Sagar Gupta said, “We aim to not only serve global OEMs but also contribute significantly to the ‘Make in India’ mission by building a robust, export-ready ecosystem. Our goal is to take Ekkaa public by 2027.”

Six Stone Capital Managing Partner Ankit Mittal said, “This round is a strong validation of Ekkaa Electronics’ position as a trusted EMS player and the confidence investors have in its promoters and future growth plans.”

Headquartered in Noida, Ekkaa Electronics focuses on research, design, and manufacturing of smart TVs.

The company has also expanded its product range to include washing machines, speakers, induction cooktops, and air coolers.

The company currently handles a business valued at over ₹1,000 crore, providing complete electronics manufacturing services to clients in India and abroad.
