
Kidswear brand Orange Sugar has raised INR 4 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Consumer Collective by Atrium.
The funding round also included participation from well-known angel investors like Saurabh Jain (Co-founder, Livspace), Srivatsan Chari (Co-founder, Cleartax), Kunal Mahipal (Co-founder, Onsitego), Meghana Agarwal (Co-founder, Indiqube), and Sunil Khaitan (MD, Goldman Sachs India).
With this investment, Orange Sugar plans to grow faster by launching new kidswear products.
The company also aims to expand sales through online marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and offline stores, while boosting its brand with marketing and community initiatives.
Orange Sugar will also work on improving manufacturing and supply chain operations to support sustainable growth in the future.

Founded in 2022 by Tarun Agrawal, Payal Agarwal, and Bharath Gupta, Orange Sugar meets the rising demand for comfortable, stylish, and high-quality kidswear for children up to 10 years. The brand offers 100% cotton everyday essentials that combine safety, durability, and modern design for today’s Indian parents.
Its products are available on major e-commerce platforms like myntra, FirstCry, and nykaa Fashion, as well as on Orange Sugar’s own D2C store.
