Nanovate, an AI company based in Cairo, has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by a group of angel investors.
Nanovate was founded nine months ago by Nancy Madbouly and Ahmed Gamal. It is an AI technology company.
The company focuses on creating Arabic AI solutions, including advanced voice and chat AI agents, automation systems, and custom AI tools.
Its goal is to help businesses across the MENA region work faster and smarter, supporting 22 Arabic dialects. Nanovate is supported by MINT Incubator (EG Bank) and Raya FutureTECH Accelerator.
With this new investment, Nanovate plans to expand its presence in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the UAE. It also aims to grow its AI ecosystem to serve more industries and connect better with tools like CRMs, ERPs, and other business software.
The company also plans to invest more in AI research and development and hire more team members to support its growth.
“This isn’t just another AI startup — it’s a movement to put Arabic at the center of global innovation. We’re building technology that understands us, speaks like us, and works for our region. With this round, we’re ready to take Arabic AI to a whole new level.” — Ahmed Gamal, Co-Founder & CEO of Nanovate
Nanovate has developed its own LLM (large language) models and offers AI chat agents, automation systems, and custom AI solutions.
The company has also launched the Beta version of its dashboard.
This dashboard lets companies create their own AI chat agents, combining Arabic language understanding, real-time speech and emotion AI, and workflow automation into a single, easy-to-use system.
