StarHub and NeutraDC, the data centre division of Telkom Indonesia, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen their partnership.
Together, they will work on deploying Quantum-Safe connectivity solutions — including quantum-resistant encryption, post-quantum cryptography, and next-generation secure network infrastructure — to improve the region’s digital services ecosystem.
The partnership combines StarHub’s Low-Latency Data Centre Connect solution with NeutraDC’s carrier-neutral data centre network, which supports a growing number of enterprise and hyperscale customers in Indonesia and Singapore.
By working together, the companies aim to provide faster, safer, and more reliable cross-border data exchange, helping businesses operate more efficiently and scale easily in the digital economy.
As part of the partnership, StarHub will set up a Point of Presence (PoP) at NeutraDC SNG-3 in Singapore. This will connect StarHub’s Low-Latency Data Centre Connect solution to NeutraDC’s digital infrastructure network, allowing businesses to experience fast, smooth links between data centres, cloud services, and important business applications.
The collaboration also strengthens Singapore’s position as a regional digital hub by giving companies simple, secure, and efficient access to data across Southeast Asia.

The partnership with NeutraDC strengthens StarHub’s expanding network of collaborations with top data centre providers. It supports StarHub’s strategy to grow its Low-Latency Data Centre Connect presence across Southeast Asia, giving businesses fast, secure, and cloud-ready connections. This will help companies innovate, scale, and run the next generation of digital services.
