Redapto, an autonomous AI platform specializing in customer interactions, has secured $500K in a pre-seed funding round led by Y Combinator.
The investment will help the company expand and refine its services, strengthen end-to-end customer personalization, and improve its data infrastructure and overall AI performance.
Founded this year by Anirudh Pupneja, Redapto builds AI systems that automatically detect when customers are at risk of leaving, when there are opportunities to expand an account, and when key customer actions take place. The platform enables companies to deliver personalized communication at every stage of the customer journey.
Redapto also consolidates detailed signals from multiple systems, allowing its AI to operate more efficiently and collaborate seamlessly with account teams.
Redapto says it builds AI systems that support every stage of the customer journey—onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and renewal—so businesses can deliver personalized engagement at each step. By bringing AI into all customer interactions, the company works across tools like customer engagement platforms, lifecycle marketing systems, CRM workflows, and support-based retention solutions.
Redapto expects its early adopters to include marketplaces and product-led SaaS companies—businesses with large customer bases where manual engagement is difficult to manage.
