Nitro Commerce, an AI-powered marketing services company, has raised $5 million in a Series A funding round led by Cornerstone Ventures.
Other investors who took part in this round include Ankurit Capital, Grand Anicut Angel Fund, Equentis Wealth Advisory Services, India Accelerator & Finvolve, Razorpay Ventures, and Rukum Capital.
The startup will use this new funding to improve its platform, strengthen its AI and automated tools, expand to international markets, and hire more team members.
“The entire fundraise is to scale thebusiness. We want to double down on our Indian operations, as the majority of our revenue comes from India,” Nitro’s cofounder and CEO Umair said, adding that the startup has achieved a $5 Mn in ARR and is now targeting $10 Mn.
“We also want to launch some of the products internationally, and already have a few customers from the UAE and the US.,” he added.

Nitro Commerce was founded in 2023 by Mohammed, Shamail Tayyab, and Pratik Anand. Based in the Delhi NCR region, the company offers AI-powered marketing tools that help brands grow their sales and revenue.
Its platform helps D2C brands reach the right customers using intent-based targeting, while also following privacy rules and tracking performance across different advertising channels.
Nitro Commerce operates several products to support brands, including NitroX, Nitro Ads, Nitro SSO, Nitro Rewards, Nitro Capital, and Nitro Recover. These tools help businesses improve marketing, manage customer access, offer rewards, provide funding support, and recover lost sales.
