
flydubai has partnered with Amperity a leading AI-powered customer data cloud platform, as part of its ongoing digital transformation journey. The collaboration reinforces flydubai’s commitment to innovation and its focus on delivering highly personalized data-driven customer experiences.
Through this partnership, flydubai will transition to an Offer–Order-based retailing ecosystem enabling a unified and real-time view of customer data across multiple touchpoints. This will allow the airline to better understand traveler preferences, personalize interactions and deliver more relevant offers throughout the entire passenger journey.

Customer data in the airline industry is uniquely complex due to fragmented booking systems third-party agencies, and inconsistent passenger identifiers. Amperity was selected for its AI-driven identity resolution and airline-specific data model which are purpose-built to connect and unify passenger data in real time across operational systems.
flydubai will utilize Amperity’s Identity Keychain and multi-index Profile API to instantly retrieve and unify customer data across communications airport check-in in-flight recognition customer service, marketing, and eCommerce platforms driving both personalized engagement and operational excellence.
Since its launch in 2009, flydubai has carried over 120 million passengers and now operates a growing network of more than 135 destinations across 58 countries supported by a modern fleet of 97 Boeing 737 aircraft.
AlMheiri added that all passenger data is managed in compliance with leading international security standards and the Dubai Electronic Security Centre’s Information Security Regulation (ISR) framework ensuring strong safeguards for data confidentiality and system integrity.
