Saudi-based Resquad AI, a platform that uses AI to help companies hire tech talent, has raised $1.5 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by SRG Group with support from several angel investors.
The funding shows strong confidence in Resquad AI’s approach and marks an important milestone for the startup. The company aims to change how businesses find and hire technical talent worldwide.
At its core, Resquad AI is a digital marketplace and SaaS platform powered by its own AI model. This AI helps automate the entire hiring process, including screening candidates, matching skills, pricing, compliance and payments.
By automating these steps, Resquad AI says it can speed up hiring by up to 99%, helping companies find and onboard talent much faster.
The platform works in two ways: as a software tool and as a global marketplace for developers. It helps businesses connect with skilled developers from around the world and allows developers to turn unused time into steady income by working on projects across different industries.
For his part, Abdullah Al-Jaafari, Founder and CEO, said that the investment tour is working to build and attract a global employment system based on innovation and qualitative partnerships with the public and private sectors, with a clear focus on Gulf expansion.
He also shared that Resquad AI is focused on forming high-quality partnerships with both the public and private sectors, especially as the company plans to expand across the Gulf region.
The new funding will be used to improve the platform’s technology, support growth across the Middle East and Gulf, expand the internal team, and build partnerships with government organizations to help strengthen the region’s digital economy.
Founded in 2024 by CEO Abdullah Al Jafari and co-founder Anton Brychak, Resquad AI has grown quickly in a short time. The company now operates in more than 52 countries, showing strong global expansion.
