WSC Sports Acquires Partnerbrite for $10 Million

Israeli sports-tech company WSC Sports, which creates automated sports content, is acquiring Partnerbrite, a UK-based platform that helps manage digital sponsorships.

The Partnerbrite team will join WSC Sports and bring strong expertise in sponsorship management, data analytics, and sports content monetization. The companies did not disclose the deal value, but it is estimated at around $10 million.

Partnerbrite will continue to operate under its current brand as part of WSC Sports’ portfolio.

Partnerbrite’s platform helps manage digital sponsorships for top sports organizations, including Liverpool FC, Cricket Australia, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton FC, AEG, the Williams Formula 1 team, and the San Francisco 49ers.

As sponsorship moves more toward digital platforms, brands want more flexibility, clear reporting, and measurable results, similar to what they get from top digital media platforms.

By acquiring Partnerbrite, WSC Sports aims to offer the technology and infrastructure needed to meet these new digital sponsorship demands.

By adding Partnerbrite to its platform, WSC Sports will help leagues, teams, and broadcasters manage large sponsorship programs more easily, without complicated manual work.

Using self-service tools, brands and agencies can connect real-time sports highlights with automated content and targeted digital campaigns. This makes sponsorships more personalized, effective, and easier to manage.

“The world of sports fandom is built on emotion and immediacy, but translating that engagement into measurable commercial impact has always been a challenge,” said Daniel Shichman, co-founder and CEO of WSC Sports.

WSC Sports was founded by Shichman, Hy Gal, Shmulik Yoffe, and Aviv Arnon. Since it started, the company has raised about $150 million in funding.

The company has around 650 employees working in offices across Ramat Gan, New York, London, Sydney, Thailand, China, and Japan, with about 550 employees based in Israel.
