
HORIBA India Private Ltd has acquired 100% ownership of Pristine Deeptech Private Ltd, a company that develops lab-grown diamond technology used in semiconductor and quantum research. With this deal, Pristine Deeptech becomes a fully owned subsidiary of HORIBA.
This acquisition helps HORIBA strengthen its knowledge in diamond technology, establish a research and development hub in India, and expand its work in advanced testing, measurement, and analytical solutions.

Gujarat-based Pristine Deeptech works in diamond research and vacuum technologies. By joining hands with HORIBA, its expertise will combine with HORIBA’s advanced testing and measurement technologies, helping to strengthen work across the entire semiconductor value chain.
HORIBA India operates in three main areas: Energy and Environment, Bio and Healthcare, and Materials and Semiconductors. These businesses focus on providing advanced solutions for research, testing, and analysis.
At a global level, the HORIBA Group is a market leader, holding around 80% share in emission measurement systems and about 60% share in mass flow controllers, which are some of its most important products.
