Saudi Cybersecurity Startup Solidrange Raises $2.4M Funding

Saudi-based cybersecurity startup Solidrange has raised USD 2.4 million in a seed funding round led by Sharaka Capital, with participation from Sadu Capital, SEEDRA Ventures and Tali Ventures, the investment arm of stc (Saudi Telecom Company).

The funding will support Solidrange’s next phase of growth, including regional expansion, product and technical development, and broader integration of AI across its platforms.

Founded in 2023 by Jamal M. Labani, Solidrange specializes in AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) automation, as well as cybersecurity awareness solutions.

“This investment is a strong endorsement of our vision and leadership to modernise governance, risk, and compliance practices through Saudi-built platforms that meet global standards,” said Jamal M. Labani, CEO and Co-Founder of Solidrange.

Solidrange’s portfolio includes two flagship platforms, designed to tackle both systemic and human-driven cybersecurity risks while meeting regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.

The EasyCompliance platform is a comprehensive GRC automation solution that streamlines governance, risk, and compliance processes. It simplifies internal audits, strengthens policy and control management, and connects all departments through a unified workflow, improving transparency, accountability and efficiency at optimal cost.

The Awareness10 platform is an AI-powered cybersecurity awareness solution. It combines interactive training with phishing simulations to test employee readiness, identify vulnerabilities, assess response behaviour, and deliver targeted mitigation strategies.

Solidrange’s solutions support the Kingdom’s national cybersecurity objectives and align with Saudi Vision 2030, enhancing institutional resilience, compliance maturity and human-centric cyber defense capabilities.

“This investment is a strong endorsement of our vision and leadership to modernise governance, risk, and compliance practices through Saudi-built platforms that meet global standards,” said Jamal M. Labani, CEO and Co-Founder of Solidrange.
