ConvoZen has partnered with Al-Futtaim Technologies to launch its conversational intelligence platform in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
The partnership will mainly support contact centres in sectors like retail, automotive, real estate, banking and financial services (BFSI), and healthcare. Together, the companies will provide AI solutions such as compliance monitoring, sales improvement tools and systems to increase operational efficiency.
This marks ConvoZen’s first expansion outside India. Al-Futtaim Technologies will handle sales, implementation, and business growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
ConvoZen’s platform studies customer conversations across voice calls, chat, and digital channels. It offers real-time support to agents, monitors service quality, and provides analytics to help companies make better decisions.
In India, ConvoZen works with major brands like TATA AIG, HDFC Bank, Spinny, CARS24, Pilgrim and The Souled Store. It also serves a few clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Through this new partnership, the platform will also support Arabic-language interactions. The companies said the focus will be on advanced analytics, agent-assist intelligence, and AI-driven decision support for customer-facing operations.
Akhil Gupta, Founder of ConvoZen and Co-founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer of NoBroker, said, “This partnership with Al-Futtaim Technologies allows us to take our analytics and agentic AI capabilities into the MENA region, proving that ConvoZen’s value extends well beyond India and Indian-language use cases.”
Razi Hamada, General Manager at Al-Futtaim Technologies, said, “Partnering with ConvoZen marks an important milestone in Al-Futtaim Technologies’ journey to build AI-first customer experience ecosystems in the region.”
