Arvind R P Resigns as CBO of McDonald’s India

Arvind R P has resigned from his role as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at McDonald’s India after working with the company for more than seven years.

He is currently serving his notice period before officially leaving the company.

As CBO, he was responsible for the profit and loss of McDonald’s South India operations and played an important role in managing the company’s business performance in the region.

Announcing his departure through a LinkedIn post, Arvind reflected on the relationships he built during his career. “Looking back, many of the moments that stand out in my career aren’t just about outcomes or milestones — they’re about the incredible people who were a part of the journey,” he wrote, adding that he had been fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues both at McDonald’s and earlier in his career.

Arvind R P has more than 25 years of experience in business, marketing, and operations.

He has worked across industries such as quick-service restaurants, beauty, fashion, and FMCG, with a strong focus on growing businesses and building strong brands.

During his career, he has worked with well-known companies including TVS Motor Company, Britannia Industries, Levi Strauss & Co., and Kaya.
