Coforge has promoted Sunil Fernandes to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will manage global delivery and important company functions like admin, facilities, and internal IT services. He is based in Princeton, New Jersey, and will continue to report to CEO Sudhir Singh.
In his new role, Fernandes will focus on improving how the company works and grows. He will also help increase the use of AI in engineering, delivery, and internal operations, while making sure clients receive consistent and high-quality results.

Sunil Fernandes has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has been working as Chief Delivery Officer at Coforge since 2024. During this time, he has improved the company’s delivery system by focusing on better execution, strong industry knowledge, and quality work for clients.
Before joining Coforge, he worked in leadership roles at companies like Accenture, Infosys, and Cognizant.
He has strong experience in building business practices, managing large global teams, growing client relationships, and leading major transformation projects.
