Zanskar Technology, a company that builds trading and execution systems, has raised ₹25 crore (US$2.7 million) from BlackSoil Capital.
The company will use this funding to grow its presence among institutional clients and continue investing in advanced trading technology.
Mayank Sachan, Co-founder, Zanskar, said, “Building Nubra has always been about bringing institutional-grade execution and technology to a wider set of market participants. This partnership with BlackSoil Capital enables us to accelerate that vision, deepen our institutional presence and continue investing in cutting-edge trading infrastructure.”
Zanskar Technology was founded in 2022 by Mayank Sachan and Vandana Jain. It is a Bengaluru-based company that provides trading and execution services.
The company offers its services through a platform called Nubra, which serves both institutional and retail clients.
Nubra provides fast and efficient trading services for big investors like asset management firms, venture capital and private equity firms, family offices, and trading desks. It is also building systems for market-making in global markets.
The platform is fully built on its own technology, including its own order and risk management systems, exchange connections, and high-speed trading algorithms.
Within six months of launch, Nubra has already added several institutional clients and also works as an authorised market maker for some ETF products.
Its retail platform is also growing quickly, with over 25,000 demat accounts, allowing individual investors to access high-quality trading services similar to big institutions.
