BigBasket, an online grocery company backed by Tata Digital, has hired Arpit Jaiswal as its new Chief Growth Officer.
Arpit Jaiswal has nearly 15 years of experience at Google, where he worked on growth strategy, product development, and earning revenue, especially for Google Pay in India.
In his new role at BigBasket, he will focus on growing the number of users, keeping customers engaged, and expanding the business in the competitive grocery delivery market.

This change is part of a bigger leadership update at BigBasket. The company has also promoted its engineering head, Keshav Kumar, to the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer.
Arpit Jaiswal brings strong experience in growing large digital products and expanding consumer platforms, especially in competitive areas like payments and fintech.
With these changes, BigBasket is working to build a stronger leadership team and focus more on using data to drive growth, while aiming for long-term success and expansion.
