ReN3, an enterprise AI platform based in Singapore, has raised US$5 million in a Seed funding round. The round was led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.
The company plans to use this funding to grow its business, expand its partner network, and improve its platform. It will also work on building new features like an agent-based workflow builder and a marketplace for AI agents.
ReN3 offers an AI-powered platform that helps businesses and government organizations improve productivity. It focuses on providing high accuracy, strong data security and flexible deployment options.
ReN3’s platform can be set up in different ways—on local company servers (air-gapped), on private cloud, or in a hybrid model. It also supports more than 80 different file formats.
The company is already working with well-known clients like HTX, SBS Transit, SM Prime, Monde Nissin, and NAT Re.
Many companies are slow to adopt AI because of concerns like incorrect answers (hallucinations), data privacy rules, and getting locked into one vendor.
ReN3 says its system is built to solve these problems, especially for important and sensitive business tasks.
The platform is designed for key areas like administration, legal work, finance, procurement, and human resources.
Investor Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India says more companies now want accurate AI platforms that can run on their own systems as they move beyond testing and start using AI in real work.
