
All Things People (ATP), a next-generation HR technology startup, has raised INR 7 crore in seed funding.
The investors include Varun Alagh (Founder & CEO of Honasa), Amit Dalmia, Alex von Behr, Vivek Gambhir, and Amit Sinha.
The funding will help ATP enhance and expand its main product, ATP Reflect. Improvements will include better employee feedback tools, advanced analytics, actionable insights, stronger security, and increased marketing and sales efforts.
All Things People (ATP), based in Bengaluru, was founded in 2024 by Anish Singh, Kshitij Jain, and Shashank Shekhar. It is a modern HR tech company that aims to make workplace experiences better around the world.
Using AI, people science, and organizational insights, ATP provides scalable and personalized solutions for businesses.
Its first product, ATP Reflect, helps leaders listen to employees, gather insights, and make real improvements in the workplace.
In a short period, ATP has gained 15 clients, including a Big Four consulting firm, leading automobile manufacturers, premium hotel chains, unicorn startups, e-commerce companies, and pharmaceutical firms.
The company currently operates in India, Australia, and Sri Lanka, with plans to expand globally.
