Alpadis Acquires Ingenia Consultants to Boost Regulatory Services in Singapore

Alpadis, an independent global company that offers custom, technology-driven trust and corporate services, is partnering with Ingenia Consultants, a firm in Singapore that provides compliance services for financial institutions.

Alpadis said in a statement on Wednesday that with this acquisition, it will expand its services for boutique and medium-sized financial institutions and extend them to its offices across Asia and the Middle East.

According to the statement, Alpadis has acquired 100 percent of Ingenia Consultants, an acquisition that will be exclusively completed through a share exchange, confirming the commitment of the teams of Alpadis and Ingenia Consultants to the combined group and services.

“This is a strategic joining of forces rather than a simple acquisition,

“We share a common culture and many clients, and together we will offer a more comprehensive and integrated service proposition to financial institutions,” said Alain Esseiva, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alpadis.

Ingenia Consultants is one of the few remaining independent compliance firms in Singapore, serving over 100 boutique and mid-sized financial institutions, such as asset managers, hedge funds, payment companies, and fintechs.

The firm offers services like compliance advice, internal audits, help with MAS licensing, and risk management.

Through this deal, Alpadis will take over Ingenia’s operations and start a new Regulatory Compliance Services division. Ingenia’s Co-Founder, Rolf Haudenschild — a well-known expert in MAS regulatory compliance — will become Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Compliance Asia.

This acquisition allows Alpadis to provide complete support for financial institutions, from setting up and managing companies to payroll, accounting, and now compliance services.

The integration also sets the stage for regional expansion, with plans to extend compliance and internal audit services to markets such as the UAE, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

“This is a long-term partnership built on shared values and a mutual commitment to our clients,

“Together we will strengthen our ability to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments as they grow across Asia and beyond,” added Rolf Haudenschild.

Ingenia Consultants’ 20-person team in Singapore and Malaysia will join Alpadis, adding more regulatory expertise and strengthening its operations in Southeast Asia.

Alpadis is still privately owned and entrepreneur-led, and it is expanding its regulatory services to meet the changing needs of corporate and private clients, including financial institutions, in its main markets.

As a tech-driven company, Alpadis also continues to invest in artificial intelligence (AI) and new technologies to improve its services, offering clients customised, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
