Singapore-Based Amilo has Acquired with Sivadon Logistics

Amilo.co, a Singapore-based logistics technology business, has purchased Sivadon Logistics, a Thai company, in order to strengthen its network and operational capabilities.

Amilo offers cross-border delivery services that enable access to warehouse, fulfillment, local transportation, delivery, and international expansion. It can be found in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand. It runs a fleet of more than 100 trucks and maintains a network of more than 20 facilities.

The company, which has an exclusive partnership with Belgium Post’s Landmark Group, claims to have served over 100 consumers across these markets.

Amilo is set to introduce its cross-border services in Thailand over the next several months. Additionally, this platform will get an upgrade in September that includes improved dashboards, new price comparison options, and more cross-border partnerships.

“Thailand is pivotal for us as we support our expansion within one of Asia’s most dynamic regions,” said Amilo CEO Arun Mambully. “The acquisition of Sivadon Logistics provides us with an extensive network and a stellar team, enhancing our ability to not only help international brands enter Thailand but also support Thai SMEs to go global with our already established cross-border products.”

Amilo has acquired Sivadon on three occasions. It had previously acquired an unidentified company in Vietnam and last-mile aggregator Kahago in Indonesia.
