Singapore-based BPaaS company AnyMind Group has announced its entry into Vietnam by acquiring local social and live commerce agency Vibula.
This marks AnyMind’s first acquisition in the Vietnamese market and opens up new possibilities for Vibula’s clients, who will now have access to a human-AI hybrid live commerce model, enabling continuous, 24/7 sales capabilities.
The move comes amid a booming e-commerce landscape in Vietnam, where the market is projected to grow from an estimated $ 22 billion in 2024 to $ 63 billion by 2030.
This acquisition also follows AnyMind’s recent expansion efforts, including the purchase of the Japanese e-gifting SaaS platform AnyReach in February 2025.
Founded in 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vibula is a social and live commerce agency that offers services to enterprises and e-commerce merchants across various sectors, including health and beauty, consumer goods, food and beverage, parenting, fashion, and home appliances. Its offerings span social commerce, marketing management, covering live commerce production, livestreaming, content creation, influencer marketing, and e-commerce campaign execution.
Vibula also supports e-commerce store operations and manages a multi-channel network of over 100 creators specializing in affiliate marketing and live streaming training.
With this acquisition, AnyMind Group aims to integrate Vibula’s live commerce capabilities into its broader human-AI hybrid commerce model, enhancing its offerings across multiple regions. This includes leveraging Vibula’s operational expertise in markets where AnyMind already has a presence, such as Indonesia (through Digital Distribusi Indonesia) and Malaysia (via Arche Digital).
In return, Vibula will access AnyMind’s proprietary GenAI-powered live commerce platform, AnyLive, which enables brands to convert live shopping experiences into 24/7 sales channels. AnyLive combines human and AI hosts to deliver AI-generated livestream content across e-commerce and social platforms. It can create digital twins of live streamers and influencers, generating scripts and handling real-time audience interactions through large language models.
Quang Vinh, founder of Vibula, commented on the deal:
“We built Vibula to revolutionize social commerce by merging hands-on expertise with scalable technology. Partnering with AnyMind fast-tracks that vision—not only for Vietnam but across Southeast Asia.”
