Aryon Security Raises $25Mn in Series A Round

Israeli startup Aryon Security has raised US$25 million in a Series A funding round. With this, the company’s total funding since it started in late 2024 has reached $38 million.

The funding round was led by U.S.-based Brightmind Partners and Skinos Ventures (founded by Shlomo Kramer). Other investors also joined in, including Datadog Ventures, CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz, Startpoint Capital (led by Sharin Fisher Dibrov), and the founders of Armis, Yevgeny Dibrov and Nadir Izrael.

Existing investors Blumberg Capital and Viola Ventures, who led the seed funding round, also put in more money in this round.

Other new and well-known investors include Israeli actor and comedian Assi Cohen.

Earlier backers of the company also include Yasmin Lukatz, Rubi Aronashvili (CYE founder), Ofer Ben-Noon (Talon), Idan Nurik (Paragon), former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, and singer Omer Adam.

Aryon says that companies now deal with much more complicated cloud security risks, especially because advanced AI tools are making cyberattacks faster and more powerful.

Because of this, old methods that only detect problems and fix them later are no longer enough. Instead, the company believes the focus should be on preventing issues from happening in the first place by removing security weaknesses before they can be exploited.

Aryon CEO Ron Arbel told Media: “In the AI era, we are doing something fundamentally different. We say that with AI, there is no time to defend, we must reduce the attack surface. I have competitors, but I believe large companies will eventually move in our direction. Everyone is entering our space. It was a very easy fundraising round. Today there is no time to respond to attacks; you have to prevent them. If there is a breach, there is no time to fix it, each attack unfolds in minutes.

“We are one of the companies that will benefit from the new AI era. There are many areas where people question whether cybersecurity companies are even needed. I am building a large team, doubling our development group, and expanding commercial activity.”

Founded by Ron Arbel, Ariel Litmanovich, and Yair Ladizhensky, Aryon Security is a cybersecurity company that helps protect businesses that use cloud systems.

Instead of waiting for attacks to happen and then fixing them, Aryon focuses on preventing problems before they occur. It tries to find hidden risks early and remove them so attackers can’t take advantage of them.

This is especially important today because cyberattacks are becoming faster and more advanced, partly due to the use of AI.
