Xpeng Aeroht 

In order to launch preorders for its modular flying car in Q4 of this year and begin consumer deliveries in Q4 of 2025, Xpeng Aeroht, a subsidiary of EV manufacturer Xpeng, raised $150 million in a Series B1 fundraising round.

The additional funding will support the development, manufacture, and marketing of Xpeng Aeroht’s modular flying car, an electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) vehicle with autonomous ground and aerial mode switching.

Deep Blue Aerospace

Shenlan Space, also known as Beijing Deep Blue Space Aerospace Technology, has received $139.7 million in funding from a state-owned investment holding company connected to the Wuxi National Hi-Tech District, in a Series B2 round that was headed by the group.

According to a press release from the company, the money will assist Deep Blue expand its production and research and development capabilities as it works to commercialize its reusable rockets.

Hybe IM

The interactive media and gaming division of Hybe, Hybe IM, has raised $80 million to develop games.

The business is headquartered in South Korea and is run by President Wooyong Chung. Leading international investor in interactive entertainment, Makers Fund, led the financing round. Hybe, the parent firm of Company, and IMM Investment also participated in the round.

UnaBiz

UnaBiz, a Singapore-based Internet of Things (IoT) service provider, has revealed that it has raised $25 million in its pre-Series C fundraising round in order to expand internationally and further penetrate the market.

According to the release, KYOCERA Communication Systems, a subsidiary of electronics manufacturer Kyocera, and KDDI Open Innovation Fund 3, the corporate venture fund of Global Brain Corp and telco major KDDI, supported the investment round, which UnaBiz intends to reach its ultimate conclusion by October 2024.

LightSolver

LightSolver, a Tel Aviv-based laser-based computing business, got $13.66 Million from the EIC Fund, including €2.5M in early grants and €10M in equity investments.

The company plans to utilize the money to grow faster in the high-performance computing (HPC) industry and to further the commercialization of its platform

Agrizy

In its Series A round of funding, co-led by Accion and Omnivore, B2B agri-processing platform Agrizy has secured $9.8 million.

Participating investors include newcomers Capria Ventures and Thai Wah Ventures, while longtime supporter Ankur Capital has increased its investment.

Kindlife

Beauty and cosmetics startup kindlife has raised $8 Mn in a Series A funding round co-led by JB-Dooeun TK Fund and MIXI Global Investments.

The round also saw participation from Kalaari Capital and a clutch of undisclosed marquee angel investors.

Aprisium

Deep-Tech Venture Partners and Cocoon Capital led an oversubscribed Series A investment round that brought US$7 million to Singapore-based Aprisium, a developer of cutting-edge pollutant detection and monitoring systems.

Solisa Peppercorn and Woh Hup took part as well. The additional capital will support Aprisium’s growth into important US, European, and Asian markets.

BBTruck

The pre-Series A investment round, which BBTruck, a Taiwanese smart logistics company, said will raise $6 million to support the company’s global market expansion.

Oasis Venture, H2U Corp, and Starworks Entrepreneurial Venture Capital co-anchored the round, which raises the startup’s total fundraising to $6.5 million, according to the statement.

Growsari

Growsari, a business-to-business (B2B) platform in the Philippines for sari-sari retailers, or neighborhood stores, has closed a $5 million funding round led by international investor Oppenheimer Generations Asia.

The money will be used by the e-commerce startup to fund its three business divisions and give early-stage investors and staff access to liquidity.
