AutoDukan raises $1 million in pre-Series A round

AI-based automobile aftermarket platform AutoDukan has raised $1 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Choice Group and some individual investors (HNIs).

Existing investors MetroMax Group (India) and Ankit Sajnani also participated in this round. Earlier, the startup had raised a seed round from Rohit Goyal, Windrose Capital, and Raghu Venkatraman, followed by an angel round from MetroMax Group (USA) and Ankit Sajnani, which helped launch and grow its main platform.

The new funding will help the company expand its operations in important automotive areas. It will also improve its AI for predicting demand and automating claims, and build more partnerships with insurers, fleet operators, and car manufacturers (OEMs). Additionally, the company plans to hire more people in AI, operations, and market development.

“Our latest investment validates our AI-first approach to solving a deeply fragmented market. We’re not just digitizing procurement, we’re building an intelligent backbone for the automotive repair and insurance ecosystem,” said Gunjan Ruparelia, Co-Founder and CEO.

Sumit Desai, CTO, added: “AI allows us to anticipate demand and match parts instantly. This funding helps us bring that efficiency to India’s largest automotive regions.” Pranay Tagare, COO, said: “We’re driving data-driven precision into a traditionally manual industry. AutoDukan’s AI platform delivers speed, transparency and trust at scale.”

Choice Group said: “We are excited to lead AutoDukan’s Pre-Series A round. The company’s AI-driven approach addresses real inefficiencies in India’s automobile aftermarket, and we are confident it will transform spare part procurement and insurance claim workflows nationwide.”

AutoDukan works in the auto aftermarket, making it easier to buy spare parts, handle insurance claims, and manage workshops for multiple car brands. Its AI platform matches parts to vehicle models, predicts demand, and automates buying, giving faster and clearer service to insurers, fleet operators, and workshops.

In the last two years, AutoDukan has grown 10 times, serving over 2,000 clients, mapping 2 million parts, and keeping a live inventory of 200,000 parts updated every day.
