BeyondSquare Solutions Secures $4 million Series A Funding Led by Avant Global

BeyondSquare Solutions, a company that builds financial software for businesses, has raised $4 million in a Series A funding round led by Avant Global Corporation.

The investment will be done in three stages, starting with issuing new and convertible shares.

It will also include more investments from current shareholders and the conversion of warrants once certain performance goals are achieved.

BeyondSquare Solutions said the funds will help its product, FinAlyzer, increase automation, strengthen compliance features, and expand to serve large enterprises with complex reporting needs.

Venkatachalam PK, Co-founder and CEO of BeyondSquare Solutions, said, “From the outset, our ambition at FinAlyzer has been bold — to transform the way enterprises approach financial reporting and consolidation by making it real-time, autonomous, and insight-driven. With Avant’s investment, we are not just strengthening our platform; we are accelerating our journey toward shaping the future of finance. This partnership opens new possibilities — deeper innovation, global market expansion, and the ability to empower more finance teams to lead with agility, governance, and foresight.”

BeyondSquare was founded by Karthik Ganeshan, Venkatachalam PK, and Rangan Varadan. Its main product, FinAlyzer, is already used by over 100 enterprises.

These clients come from 25 different industries in 45 countries, including Fortune 500 companies in India and Fortune 2000 companies worldwide.

The company plans to grow its presence in the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
