Startup Brandlight has raised $30 million in a Series A funding round led by Pelion Venture Partners. Existing investors Cardumen Capital and G20 Ventures also took part in the round.
Since it started, Brandlight has raised a total of $36 million. The company creates AI-based technology that helps businesses increase the visibility of their products and brands.
Brandlight was founded in late 2024 by CEO Imri Marcus, CTO Dvir Dvash, and COO Uri Gafni.
The company currently has 35 employees working in Israel and the U.S., and it is actively hiring both locally and internationally.
As more people move from traditional Google searches to AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for making purchase decisions, marketing teams are facing a new challenge.
They often do not know how their products and services are being shown or described in AI-generated answers, making it feel like a “black box” they cannot fully understand.
Brandlight is focusing on large global companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Estée Lauder, LG, and many other well-known brands.
The company has built a platform that helps businesses manage and control how their brand appears and what message is shown in generative AI platforms. This comes as OpenAI is expected to launch an advertising model soon and Google continues to expand its efforts in this area.
“The magnitude of the opportunity facing Brandlight, and the caliber of clients we already serve, require speed and excellence across all parts of the organization,” said Imri Marcus, co-founder and CEO of Brandlight. “We will be hiring dozens of people in the coming year, and we are looking for the best. The company’s rapid growth creates extraordinary opportunities for employees. We want people with the skills and drive to make a real difference in the industry and to join a team that operates without ego and with a deep commitment to shared success.”
