Co-living startup Truliv has formed a strategic equity partnership with Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited (BCCL), valuing the company at INR 356.5 crore.
Earlier, the Chennai-based startup had raised $2.1 million in seed funding from DRA Homes and other investors.
According to a press release, Truliv will use the new funds to expand into more cities and improve its technology platforms.
The company also plans to grow into new areas of hospitality, such as holiday homes and retirement living options.
Truliv was founded in 2019 by Rohit Reddy and Ranjeeth Rathod. It is a part of DRA Group and focuses on changing the way alternative hospitality spaces work in India.
The company’s goal is to offer modern, meaningful living solutions that meet the changing needs of different types of people and age groups.
Truliv works with a special model where it builds properties made to fit specific needs but keeps things simple and flexible. They combine thoughtful real estate planning with excellent hospitality services.
Their properties are popular and busy, especially among mobile workers, digital nomads, and young people moving to cities in India.
Truliv currently works in the holiday homes area and is planning to launch more types of properties soon.
These new projects will include student housing, retirement communities, and nature-focused living spaces—all designed to offer better living experiences with innovation, quality, and a focus on lifestyle.
Truliv plans to grow into new cities and offer different types of homes, like holiday homes, retirement living, and nature-focused stays. The company expects to earn INR 200 crore in yearly revenue within the next three years.
