ConnectingDNA Secures US$550k Funding in Pre-Seed Round

Singapore-based health tech startup ConnectingDNA has secured US$550,000 in funding in a pre-seed round from an undisclosed investor.

ConnectingDNA intends to use this funding to speed up the growth of its technology (which is presently in stealth mode) as well as extend its product offerings.

The “genetic multiplier” notion is central to its aim, emphasizing that human genetic predispositions—illness risks or intrinsic talents—are not fixed. Instead, they act as multipliers, influencing and improving our daily activities and lifestyle choices.

“Health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither should wellness advice be”, said Cedric Lee, CEO and co-founder of ConnectingDNA. “With this investment, we are one step closer to helping people achieve better health outcomes faster, safer, and easier by using the insights from their own DNA to make informed lifestyle choices.”
