Country Delight Raises $20 Mn in Series E Round

In a Series E round, new and current investors contributed $20 million, or Rs 164.4 crore, to the dairy brand Country Delight. With Rs 78.16 crore, Temasek led the investment, while in its Series E round, new investor Seviora Capital invested Rs 57.77 crore. During this investment, Venturi Partners, an existing investor, additionally supported with Rs 28.55.

According to Country Delight’s regulatory filings obtained from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the board approved a special resolution to issue 78,157 Series E CCPS at an issue price of Rs 21,045 apiece, in order to fund the aforementioned amount, as reported by Entrackr.com.
