Darwix AI Secures $1.5 Million in Seed Funding

Darwix AI, a platform that helps businesses use generative AI for sales and customer service conversations, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding.

The funding came from investors like Rebalance, IPV, JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation, Growth Sense, and Growth91, along with well-known angel investors such as Ankit Nagori, Sanjay Suri, Amit Lakhotia, and Mekin Maheshwari.

The company said it will use the new funding to improve its product and grow into new markets.

Darwix AI was co-founded in 2022 by Ajay Sethi and Hanit Awal. The company has created a unique AI platform that helps businesses manage and improve their sales conversations across different channels.

Their all-in-one platform gives companies a clear view of customer interactions and uses AI to support, guide, and automate these conversations—making every customer touchpoint more effective.

Darwix AI says its generative AI technology helps large businesses in industries like banking, financial services, insurance, and retail handle customer conversations across multiple channels. The company already works with major clients in the United States, India, and the Middle East.

Their system is built on a special AI setup that can serve many businesses at once. It includes advanced software and hardware tools, and is explicitly designed to meet the needs of these industries.

“Our goal is to offer a unified generative AI stack that not only understands but also elevates every customer interaction with actionable intelligence and automation. This fundraise gives us the fuel to double down on product innovation and expand our presence in the United States,” said Ajay Sethi, Co-founder of Darwix AI.

Darwix AI’s platform helps businesses in real-time by providing smart conversation tools, support for agents, and automation. It works across different channels like voice calls, chat, email, and even in-person interactions, all using its powerful shared AI system.
