Digified is happy to announce that it has received official approval from Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
This allows Digified to provide AI-powered digital onboarding, eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer), and e-contracting services to non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs) in Egypt, helping them work faster and more securely.
With this regulatory approval, companies in the lending, investment, and insurance sectors that are regulated by the FRA can now create digital IDs, complete eKYC, and sign contracts—completely online. There’s no need for paperwork, physical signatures, or visiting a branch in person.
These digital contracts are fully recognized by Egyptian courts, making them legally binding. This allows fintech apps to act as official digital branches helping companies offer faster and more convenient services to their customers.
