Dubai International Chamber, one of Dubai Chambers’ three chambers, has supported Meerana Technologies’ strategic partnership with FPT, a Vietnamese technology company, to empower UAE nationals and deliver advanced technology solutions locally.
The cooperation gives Emiratis AI and software training. In the presence of Dubai Chambers President and CEO Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah and Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Diep, the MoU was signed at Dubai Chambers’ offices. Through FPT Group’s global training programs, Emiratis and ambitious people can learn AI and software skills.
Meerana participated in the Dubai International Chamber’s trade mission to Vietnam last May, which led to the MoU. A business meeting with FPT Group explored collaboration. The companies’ MoU was signed with the chamber’s backing.
This agreement covers local semiconductor, cloud computing, software and application development, product engineering, and technology industries.

The UAE and Vietnamese companies’ collaboration supports the ‘Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence’, which aims to accelerate AI adoption across all sectors, position Dubai as a leading AI economy, and pioneer cutting-edge applications.
