Shan Li brings a wealth of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic growth to Endeavor Malaysia, fueling the organization’s aim to empower high-impact entrepreneurs and promote a vibrant entrepreneurial environment.

Shan Li’s career has spanned multiple industries and professions, demonstrating her innovative and nimble approach to business. She is a certified Chartered Accountant who worked in banking and finance for over 15 years before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey.

As an entrepreneur, she founded Swipeless, a platform that believes in meeting people in real life. She co-founded Babydash, one of Malaysia’s pioneering e-commerce platforms for the mother and baby business.
Shan Li is also a partner at ScaleUp Malaysia, where she helps accelerate and invest in startups. Shan Li’s appointment comes at an important time for Endeavor Malaysia, as the organization works to expand its global impact.
