Fintologya Secures $1M Seed Funding to Boost Cloud Payment Solutions in the GCC

Fintologya is a fintech startup based in Bahrain. It builds cloud-based payment systems that help banks and financial institutions run their services more smoothly and securely.

The company has raised $1 million in a seed investment round. The funding was led by a well-known Gulf holding company.

With this money, Fintologya plans to improve its technology and expand its services across the Gulf region (GCC).

Fintologya was started in 2024 by Mohsen Badran and Omar Dahan.

The company builds digital infrastructure that is safe, scalable, and follows all financial regulations.

Their systems support banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies, helping them create the next generation of digital financial products.

Fintologya is already active in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

The company now aims to expand into additional GCC countries, focusing on developing secure, cloud-based payment systems for financial service providers.

Fintologya’s platform is built to offer smooth digital finance experiences while fully meeting regulatory requirements. It uses cloud technology to scale easily and ensures top-level security and reliability. By bringing these features together the startup aims to become a key enabler of the next generation of digital banking and fintech innovation in the region.

A regional investment group joining the round shows that investors in the MENA region are increasingly interested in cloud-based fintech infrastructure for businesses.

“We’re building the trust layer for digital financial services in the Gulf,” said co-founder Mohsen Badran, adding that the startup’s mission is to “empower financial institutions to innovate faster, scale securely, and stay ahead of regulatory changes.”
