
Flexprice, a free and open billing platform for AI and agent-based companies, has raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding. The round was led by TDV Partners.
Flexprice will use the new funds to grow its engineering team, add more payment options, and improve its open-source tools.
The startup is aiming at the $4 billion AI billing market with a flexible, modular system that allows for real-time billing and custom pricing.
The round also included investments from angel investors and professionals from companies like Magicpin, Zomato, Innovaccer, and Aftershoot.
Founded in 2025, Flexprice helps SaaS and API-first businesses implement usage-based, hybrid, and custom pricing models.
Flexprice’s platform provides developer-friendly APIs and real-time analytics, making it easy for teams to track usage and manage entitlements.
It also integrates with popular payment services like Stripe, Razorpay, and Adyen, helping companies scale their monetization without needing to build their own billing systems.
Flexprice is competing with other billing infrastructure platforms such as Metronome, Orb, and Lago.
