
Asian startups secure investment in different funding rounds from venture capital firms and angel investors to grow their businesses and scale up to be more successful in Asia and worldwide. Below are the top 10 Asian Startups Funding Roundups for this week.
Lyka
Dog food subscription startup Lyka has raised $67 million in its Series C funding round. The funding was completed in late January. The round was again led by Israeli entrepreneur Itai Tsiddon through his New York-based venture capital fund LGVP, which had also strongly supported Lyka in earlier funding rounds.
ZyG
ZyG, an AI startup from Tel Aviv, has raised $58 million in a seed funding round from led by Bessemer Venture Partners, Viola Ventures, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
The round also saw participation from Stardom Ventures, Access Industries (ClalTech), Emerge, Disruptive AI, and Jibe Ventures.
With this new funding, ZyG plans to expand internationally and focus more on their Agentic Operating System. Their platform is unique—it uses AI agents to understand market demand, manage marketing, improve logistics, and provide group-based financing for direct-to-consumer brands.
Pronto
Home services startup Pronto has secured $25 million in a Series B funding round led by Epiq Capital. Existing investors, including Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst, and Bain Capital Ventures, also participated in the round.
With this new investment, Pronto is now valued at $100 million, just nine months after its launch. The company plans to use the funds to hire and train more employees and expand its services in existing markets over the next 12 to 18 months.
PlasmaLeap Technologies
Sydney-based startup PlasmaLeap Technologies has raised US$20 million (A$30 million) in a Series A funding round. The company aims to reduce carbon emissions in fertiliser and fuel production.
The funding round, which closed in January, was co-led by the Gates Foundation, Investible, and Yara Growth Ventures. Other investors included Twynam, GrainCorp Ventures, Uniseed/UniSuper, Artesian, SVG Ventures, and Ravensdown’s Agnition Ventures.
The company will use the money to build its first fertiliser hubs in New South Wales and Tasmania. It also plans to expand field trials and improve its main technology.
Reclaim
Israeli cybersecurity startup Reclaim Security has secured $20 million in a Series A funding round led by Acrew Capital.
The round also saw participation from Ibex Investors and QP Ventures. With this round, the company has raised $26 million to date.
TruDoc
TruDoc Healthcare, the GCC’s premier virtual-first, full-stack healthcare platform, has raised $15 million in Pre-Series B funding round.
The round saw significant participation from the Al Nahyan family and the Al-Ketbi family, alongside continued support from existing investor Pulsar Capital.
The funds will be used to expand the company’s virtual-first healthcare model and grow its at-home critical care services across the GCC region.
Aonic
Aonic, a Malaysia-founded drone technology company operating across Southeast Asia, has raised $10 million in Series A funding round led by Kairous Capital.
The investment will help Aonic expand both in the region and internationally, boost its research and development, and grow production of its Malaysia-made drones, software, and services.
AgriPass
AgriPass, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based agtech company developing AI and robotics solutions, has raised $7.5 million in a Seed funding round led by Harbor Venture Consulting.
The round also saw participation from existing investors, including E44 Climate Ventures, as well as strategic ecosystem partners.
The company plans to use the funds to prepare for manufacturing, grow its commercial operations, and further develop its AI-powered cultivation platform for more crops and applications.
Inamo
Quick commerce startup Inamo has raised $8 million in a new funding round led by Prime Venture Partners.
Other investors who also took part in the round include Shastra VC, Antler India, and Gemba Capital.
Out of the total $8 million, $6 million came as equity investment, and $2 million was raised as venture debt.
Inamo plans to use this money to open more dark stores, add more brands to its platform, and expand into new product categories.
myFirst
myFirst, a Singapore-based children’s tech company, has raised over US$8 million in its Series A funding round. The round was led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.
The company makes “first devices” specially designed for kids. Many parents feel that giving their children access to technology is unavoidable, but they also want to keep them safe from the open internet.
myFirst focuses on solving a common problem. On one side, kids use their parents’ smartphones. On the other side, if they get their own phone, they may quickly be exposed to adult content and unsafe platforms.
