Drone manufacturing company Garuda Aerospace has partnered with US-based Salesforce to improve how it manages customer data and its internal work systems as the company continues to grow.
Under this partnership, Garuda will use Salesforce’s AI-powered CRM tools to handle customer information across its sales, service, and marketing teams. The goal is to bring all customer and business data into one single system, making it easier to manage operations as Garuda expands in India and enters markets in Southeast Asia and Africa.
Garuda is also expanding into new sectors such as agriculture, defence, and infrastructure. As the company adds these new business areas, Salesforce’s platform will help different teams share the same data, work better together, and get real-time information to make faster and smarter business decisions.
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director & Sales and Distribution, Salesforce India, said, “Driven by the rapid adoption of technology across sectors, the drone industry is experiencing significant growth. Our exciting collaboration with Garuda Aerospace will unify their marketing, sales, and service operations onto a single, intelligent platform. We are keen to support Garuda Aerospace in accelerating the adoption of its cutting-edge technology which is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of industrial applications.”
Agnishwar Jayaprakash, Founder and Director at Garuda Aerospace, said, “Technology has always been integral to Garuda Aerospace. Partnership with Salesforce strengthens our commitment to operational excellence and customer delight. With unified data intelligence and seamless collaboration, we are poised to deliver faster more personalized experiences and accelerate our next phase of growth.”
“As we expand into new verticals and global markets, this digital transformation will empower our teams to make smarter decisions, build stronger customer relationships, and scale with agility ensuring, Garuda Aerospace continues to lead with innovation and purpose,” Jayaprakash added.
The new system will cover more than 90% of Garuda Aerospace’s current customers in India. It will support work related to government, business, and individual customers, and will manage everything from first customer contact to after-sales service.
This system is designed to handle the entire customer journey, starting from the first inquiry to regular support and service, all in one place.
The partnership also includes Salesforce’s Agentforce 360, which is a set of AI tools that brings human employees and AI agents onto one platform. It helps staff automate daily tasks, find information faster and provide more consistent customer support.
