AI Cybersecurity Startup Glow Raises US$180 Million at US$1.2 Billion Valuation

Glow, an AI-powered endpoint security startup has officially come out of stealth mode after raising US$180 million in funding. The company is now valued at US$1.2 billion and aims to help businesses better protect their devices from cyber threats.

SUMMARY

  • Glow has raised US$180 million in funding at a US$1.2 billion valuation.
  • Glow will use the investment to expand its U.S. go-to-market team and grow Glow Labs, its cybersecurity research division.
  • Founded in 2025, Glow aims to help businesses adopt AI while strengthening endpoint security.

Glow uses a prevention-first approach, which focuses on stopping cyberattacks before they can cause harm. The funding round was led by Sequoia, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, and Holly Ventures.

The company will use the new funding to expand its Go-to-Market team across the United States and grow Glow Labs, its cybersecurity research division. This investment will help Glow develop new security solutions and reach more enterprise customers.

CEO and co-founder Roi Tiger said existing solutions were not designed for the security challenges created by artificial intelligence.

“If you look at endpoints, there are a lot of point solutions. Each company solves something small there and does not offer a comprehensive solution,” Tiger told Media. “We offer a broad solution for the entire endpoint market, not just AI. It is a $40 billion market with giant companies like CrowdStrike and SentinelOne.”

“Prevention was always the right answer in security. It just never worked at enterprise scale without blocking the business,” Tiger said. “AI solves that. The moment we saw what AI made possible, we knew the endpoint could finally be protected the way it always should have been.”

Since it was founded, Glow has gained enterprise customers across industries such as healthcare, retail, and financial services. These organizations are using Glow to improve cybersecurity while continuing to adopt AI technologies.

The company believes businesses no longer have to choose between using AI and maintaining strong security. Glow's platform is designed to help companies achieve both at the same time.

Glow will demonstrate its cybersecurity solution at the Black Hat USA Conference in Las Vegas. Visitors can see the platform in action at the House of Glow in the House of Blues Courtyard from August 3 to August 5.

Glow is building a new approach to endpoint security for the AI era. Its platform helps security teams monitor and control everything that runs on devices such as laptops, desktops, and servers.

Founded in 2025, Glow is backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint.
